Consolidating the weeks learning with the student, either through focussed re-covering of class based worksheets and tasks, as well as additional worksheets, to bed in that essential learning and skill set. Or... Exam practise - although students do gain a lot of past paper practise in lessons or via mock exams, there can never be too much! A big barrier to success is the confident reading and understanding of exam questions, which will utilise varying terminology that can sometimes trip a student up. So, only through persistent coverage and re-coverage of exam papers, is that improved confidence gained.
