Ala Jazayeri

My lessons are tailored to each student's interests, experience, and goals, creating a supportive and encouraging environment for learning. I teach both adults and children, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners, and have over 12 years of teaching experience.

Lessons can be delivered one-to-one or in small groups, either in person or online. I cover a wide range of topics, including drawing, painting, composition, colour theory, observational skills, and the development of personal creative projects.

For more advanced students, I also offer guidance on portfolio development, conceptual thinking, and preparing applications for art schools and universities.

I believe that everyone can develop their artistic abilities with the right guidance, and my teaching approach focuses on building confidence, encouraging experimentation, and helping students discover and refine their own creative voice.
