I am a disciplined and highly organised Year 12 student, who achieved all A*s in 10 GCSES as well as an A in Additional Mathematics FSMQ, and is predicted all A*s in five subjects at Alevel: Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Chemistry, Geography and Physics. I volunteered to tutor a a child preparing for the 11+ exam in English; it was a useful way to not only consolidate my own learning, but more importantly to give back to my community. The student I tutored sucessfully got accepted into the country's top perfoming selective grammar school, one that has been consistently ranked as number 1; Wilson's School. Furthemore, this helped me hone my time-management, organisation and public speaking skills, all of which posit me as an ideal candidate for this role. Additionally, I often take on leadership roles, such as leading Repair Club at school, in which I teach younger students engineering by mending broken products. Directing these GCSE-age children on something as complex as engineering, has helped me adapt and understand the most effective techniques to delegate, organise, and teach amicably. Combining academic excellence with a proven track record of mentorship, I am equipped to help students manage their time effectively and reach their highest potential.
