I am a Year 12 student AQA GCSE English Language and I am passionate about helping students feel more confident and prepared for their exams. I achieved Grade 9s in my English mock exams, so I understand how to meet the top band criteria and what examiners are looking for in high-level answers.

I have supported several family members with their English revision and mock preparation, helping them improve their analysis, exam technique and timing. Through this, I have developed a calm, patient and encouraging teaching style, and I always make sure students feel comfortable asking questions and practising new skills.

My lessons focus on AQA GCSE English Language, including reading skills, analysis, creative writing and exam technique. I break down the mark scheme into simple steps, model strong answers, and use exam-style questions so that students can apply what they learn straight away. I can also set short, targeted homework with feedback to build skills between sessions.
