I have almost 2 years experience in teaching English and 18 years as private tutor after working full time in government office. I teach in a manner that my student can grasp the lesson and capture the moral of every discussion. I made it appoint to motivate and persuade my student to give his or her best. I use the modern and contemporary type of teaching. Never in my mouth to humiliate my student as much as possible to boost their inner talents and best. There are several times that my student see me as their confindant because they can open up to me. Discussing what are the hindrance for them for learning or there are something pulling them down. After opening up, I know how can i handle difference personality and what treatment or technique should I be used for the success of learning.
