I start off by ensuring there is a solid foundation there, we will work towards the student having a good understanding of the content required. While learning the content I implement exam techniques into the lesson during practice exercises for an improved understanding and further consolidation of the content. As we progress, I will implement more and more exam questions and we work through what the examiners are looking for and how to achieve marks. My ultimate aim is to build confidence in their maths skills and prepare them as best as I can for their maths GCSE exam to achieve the best grade they can.
