I teach the full course of GCSE mathematics, any exam board including IGCSE. I set homework and past papers regularly and teach topic by topic. My lessons are broken down into two parts; one half of the lesson will be example questions which we will go through together; the other half will be independent work from your child under my supervision, along with any questions your child has around the topics or questions done in lesson. I expect your child to regularly do at least 2 hours a week of independent work in maths and I'm here for any questions your child has about school related maths topics or anything they are doing in school at the moment. We aim to be ahead of the class before the time of GCSE exams arrive. My aim as your child's tutor is too get those A grades and push for those 7's, 8's and 9's in GCSE.
