I am an Interior Architect and Creative Lead with over 25 years of professional experience in high-end residential and hospitality design, working on international projects from concept through all design stages to delivery.

My teaching is grounded in real professional practice — not just theory. I help students understand how interior design and interior architecture actually work in the studio environment: how ideas are developed, how spaces are planned, how drawings are structured, and how design decisions are communicated clearly.

I support beginners, design students, graduates, and professionals who want to improve their confidence, design process and technical communication. My main teaching areas include:

Interior design and interior architecture process
Concept development, space planning, layout thinking, design structure and project direction.

AutoCAD 2D for interior design
Plans, elevations, sections, drawing setup, line weights, annotation, dimensions, title blocks and drawing packages.

SketchUp for spatial design
Simple 3D modelling, testing layouts, understanding volume, proportions and interior arrangements.

Hand sketching and design development
Quick concept sketches, layout studies, spatial diagrams and visual communication.

Portfolio and project mentoring
Reviewing student work, improving presentation, clarifying project narratives and preparing for professional practice.

A typical session might include reviewing your project, sketching together, developing layout options, improving drawings, discussing spatial flow, or breaking down real design decisions from professional practice.

My approach is calm, practical and supportive. I focus on helping students build clarity and confidence — not only in what they are designing, but why they are making each decision.

Please note: my core software experience is in AutoCAD 2D and SketchUp. I do not currently teach Vectorworks as dedicated software training, but I can support the underlying drawing logic, technical documentation, layout thinking and professional standards that apply across interior design projects.

For students interested in deeper design thinking, I can also introduce ideas around atmosphere, proportion, spatial flow, client experience and Feng Shui-informed design principles.
