My lessons are built around one core principle: you improve most by doing maths, not just learning about it. When I was studying A-Level Maths, I found that heavily theory-based lessons didn’t always translate into exam success. What made the biggest difference was practising exam-style questions and learning how to apply ideas under exam conditions.
That approach worked — I achieved 100% and 96% in my final two A-Level Maths exams — and it now forms the foundation of my tutoring. Every lesson is highly practical, focused, and exam-driven.
Before each session, you’ll receive a short 5–15 minute video covering the key ideas we’ll be using. This keeps explanations concise and allows lesson time to be spent where it matters most: guided question practice. During lessons, we work through carefully selected exam-style questions, with clear explanations, step-by-step methods, and a strong emphasis on exam technique and common pitfalls.
I’ve analysed over 2,000 past paper questions, organised by topic and mark potential. As we work together, I use this data — alongside your confidence levels — to pinpoint exactly which areas will earn you the most marks. This removes the guesswork and ensures your revision time is spent efficiently.
Alongside tutoring, I’m a fully qualified Chartered Accountant and Head of Finance for a global coaching company. I tutor a small number of students so I can offer a structured, personalised approach that builds both grades and confidence.
Everything we do is designed to deliver real results on exam day — helping you feel prepared, confident, and in control, rather than stressed.
