Ac Whitehead

I am currently in college working to become a high school math teacher and I would love to get some practice with working with students. From always being a student I know how boring it can get just sitting and listening to a teacher all day. With that being said my lessons will be more hands on. I plan for my lessons to contain activities that will keep students engaged and learning. Math is sometimes harder to do that with but I will strive to do my best! I will work through problems with you to better help you understand how to do it on your own. Once I get to know you better I will try to incorporate lessons that you will better enjoy. I always want my learning environment to be fun! I will also take any critics from my students so I can better my teaching skills. I am also a very patient person and I understand math is not an easy subject for everyone so, if it takes a student more time to grasp a concept that is perfectly fine! I am also currently on my summer break so finding time to be able to host tutoring sessions should not be hard. Also with being on summer break and being a college student I am looking to make some extra money to get me through my next year of college, while also preparing for my future career.
