Saxophone Lessons – Beginner to Advanced

Lessons are available for complete beginners through to advanced players. I have experience teaching very young children in sensory learning environments, as well as adult students interested in developing breathing techniques, tone, and improvisation.

Lesson lengths are tailored to the student’s age and concentration span:
Under 11s: 30-minute lessons
12-16: up to 45 minutes
16 and above/adults: up to 60 minutes

Beginner adult students: 30-45 minutes.

This structure allows younger or beginner students to stay engaged while giving older students more time to explore technique, repertoire, and improvisation.

I am a qualified saxophonist (Grade 8 Saxophone, Grade 6 Piano) offering lessons tailored to your musical interests. Students can work on classical graded repertoire, jazz, improvisation, or playing along with pop and dance music.

With over 10 years of experience as a professional performer in the pop industry, I play alto and tenor saxophone and have performed at venues and events including Wembley Arena (UEFA Champions League Final), The Roundhouse, Cork Opera House, and the City Palace in Udaipur, India.

My international performance experience includes Ibiza, Monaco, Bahrain, Italy, Switzerland, France, and India, with appearances at events such as the British Grand Prix and the Monaco Yacht Show.

I have also appeared on BBC One’s Sam Ryder’s New Year’s Eve Show.

In addition to saxophone, I play flute, clarinet, and piano, and have recorded saxophone for productions released by publishers including 5 Alarm Music (USA) and Cavendish Music (UK).
