My lessons are designed to be fun, engaging, and confidence-building, especially for beginners. I believe students learn best when they enjoy the process, so I use a variety of interactive activities and games tailored to the specific content we’re working on, whether that’s pronunciation, basic vocabulary, or simple sentence structures.

Alongside the interactive elements, I also use structured exercises and worksheets to help track progress and reinforce learning. This balance allows students to stay motivated while still developing a solid foundation and seeing clear improvement over time.

I like to introduce light-hearted challenges during lessons, where students can earn points or rewards for completing tasks, participating actively, and improving on previous work. This creates a positive sense of competition and encourages students to push themselves while keeping the atmosphere supportive and relaxed.

I adapt my teaching style to each student’s age, goals, and learning pace. Having lived in China and spoken Mandarin for over 10 years, I bring real-world language experience into my lessons, helping students understand not just what to say, but how and when to use it naturally.
