My lessons are tailored to the individual needs of each student. I begin by identifying areas of strength and any gaps in understanding, then create structured lessons that build knowledge, confidence and exam technique step by step.

As a qualified secondary Science teacher with a Biology degree, a PGCE and over three years of classroom teaching experience, I have a strong understanding of the curriculum and the challenges students commonly face. I teach Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics, supporting students from building foundational knowledge through to preparing for assessments and examinations.

Lessons typically combine explanation, guided practice and independent problem-solving. I use worked examples, questioning and exam-style questions to check understanding and address misconceptions as they arise. My aim is not only to improve grades but also to help students develop confidence and become more independent learners.

I believe students learn best when they feel comfortable asking questions, so I create a supportive environment where mistakes are viewed as part of the learning process. Whether a student is aiming for top grades, needs help catching up, or simply wants to feel more confident in class, I adapt my approach to suit their goals and learning style.

I offer both online and in-person tuition and am committed to helping every student make meaningful progress.
