I am a Computer Science student at Imperial College London with a strong academic background, having achieved A*s in both Mathematics and Further Mathematics. I specialise in teaching GCSE and A-level maths, and I am passionate about helping students build both confidence and a deep understanding of the subject.
My lessons are structured to first ensure that students fully understand the core concepts before moving on to exam-style questions. I break down complex ideas into clear, manageable steps and adapt my explanations depending on the student’s learning style. I believe that understanding the “why” behind methods is key to long-term success, rather than just memorising techniques.
During lessons, I guide students through problems step by step, encouraging them to think independently while providing support where needed. I also place a strong emphasis on exam technique, helping students recognise patterns in questions, avoid common mistakes, and approach exams with confidence.
I aim to create a supportive and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and developing their skills. Whether a student is aiming to improve their grades, strengthen their understanding, or prepare for exams, my goal is to help them achieve their full potential in maths.
