My online science lessons are practical, structured, and focused on helping students genuinely understand the material rather than just memorising it. I keep things simple and clear, using a mixture of short explanations, worked examples, and interactive tasks so students stay involved throughout the session. Each lesson usually starts with a quick recap to check what the student already knows, followed by a step-by-step breakdown of the new topic. We then work through questions together before the student tries some independently, with me guiding them whenever they get stuck. My lessons are tailored to meet the needs of the individual.

I use a shared whiteboard, diagrams, videos, and digital simulations to make abstract ideas easier to visualise. Whether we’re covering physics calculations, chemistry equations, or biology processes, I always explain the “why” behind the content so students can apply their knowledge confidently in exams. I also focus heavily on exam technique—how to structure answers, how to use key terms, and how to approach different question types.

Because every student learns differently, I adapt the pace and style of the lesson to suit their needs. Some students need slower, more detailed explanations; others prefer fast-paced problem-solving. I adjust as we go, giving immediate feedback and breaking down misconceptions before they become habits.

With years of experience teaching science online, I understand the challenges students face—lack of confidence, gaps in knowledge, or feeling overwhelmed by the curriculum. My aim is to create a supportive, calm environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and can see their progress lesson by lesson.
