I am a student at Imperial studying Chemistry with a strong background in Maths and Chemistry having achieved A* in Maths, Further Maths and Chemistry.

I have some previous experience in tutoring chemistry at A Level as well as being a student mentor for maths. I helped students understand difficult topics breaking it down into smaller sections to make understanding easier for the student.

Lessons run will be varied depending on the student, but the main focus would be on applying knowledge learnt during the lesson doing questions or problems on their own with support.
The structure of the lesson would be:
First covering the main objectives of the session followed by the relevant content needed. Then applying knowledge to build a deeper understanding of the topic to improve confidence.
Other sessions can also be for homework help, helping the student and supporting them on aspects they find difficult.
