I usually would try to ensure the lessons are fun but also packed with useful knowledge to help them study, my methods of teaching are based on the level the student is at when they join my class. I would like my class ti be able to enjoy the lesson but also leave with knowledge they didn’t know before. In a lesson i had taught prior to applying to this role, I started off with introducing myself as well as students also introducing themselves, we then continued on with reading a book they were studying at the time and had a pop quiz on the book to see who had been paying attention, I managed to get the students to read aloud as i think that would boost their confidence as well as improve reading habits. I would also include little activities and games as i think that would encourage the students rather then make them read themselves or give them strict instructions, personally that never helped me and i was to be able to give students a fun but knowledgeable lesson they can actually learn from.
