EAP tutor for academic purpose and please see what I mentioned on the description

Hi,
I am looking for a professional academic English tutor who can assist me in elevating my English proficiency from B1 to C1 level and also the tutor with a WELL-STRUCTURED plan. The primary areas of focus for my learning journey include: Technical and academic vocabularies. Technical essay writing. Listening skills. Speaking proficiency. Grammar mastery. Accent Reduction. I need to record each lesson due to review it via SKYPE or Zoom.
I would like to apply for upper grade of Uni which will be phd next year. In that topics that I like to choose in the Uni I have to use Academic and technical vocabularies.
Last week, I had a test in the British council website with a tutor. He said my level is B1+
And the lat thing, I need you to work on the presentation on the academic topics.

To summarize, writing, reading, listening, speaking, slang and ... words, vocabularies( tech and general) and power point are my struggling things that I like you to help me to achieve my goals and then to get C1 level.
Also again,a tutor with WELL-STRUCTURED plan for my needs.
Would it be possible to answer my needs on my English journey?
