Is Higher Maths a big jump up from National 5 Maths?

Hi, I´d like to know if Higher Maths is a big jump up from National 5 Maths. I don´t really know what I want to do in university so I´m not sure it´s worth my time continuining with maths. I enjoy maths but will say I have struggled, so not sure if it´s worth it to continue.
