How can I find maths students in my local area?

I can offer online classes but I much prefer classes face to face. Does anyone have any tips on how to find students in your area? Did you connect with local schools to try and advertise? Thanks in advance!

I have used facebook to advertise as this is really good. Joining groups that have tutors and people looking for tutors.
