Spanish and French classes from experienced linguist for Higher, A-level and IB students planning a gap year or university

Hi, my name is Tania. I’m from Edinburgh, and live an hour south of the city in the Scottish Borders. I have been teaching Spanish for ten years to undergraduates and postgraduate students at Heriot Watt university and helping high school students with their French and Spanish as they prepare for university, or a gap year.

My teaching style is relaxed and supportive. I help overcome obstacles to understanding how the language works, allowing students to improve their confidence, comprehension, and speaking skills.

The format of my classes for high school students studying at Scottish Higher, IB, and ‘A’ level is one of extra support within the relevant curriculum using materials tailored to the individual pupil's needs and relevant textbooks.
