My core education philosophy is that excellent teaching should always be at the heart of rapid progression in attainment. I also strongly believe that behaviour for learning accompanied by assessment for learning are powerful tools with exciting and engaging teaching which direct the students’ focus towards their learning. I fully believe in the potential of each individual and enabling young people to reach their full potential.
