GCSE, A-Level, and University Physics Tutor

Hey! My name is Kaya, and I'm a Master's graduate in Astrophysics (Class I with Honours). I have a special interest in galaxies and simulations which will be the focus of my PhD! I am also qualified to support students with SEND.

I really love what I study and I think there is so much opportunity in students getting to learn really interesting topics if they can get through what can feel like a sluggish start to education. Learning the fundamentals in Maths and Physics can be really challenging and confusing, so I want to help encourage my students to learn and discuss subjects that they're finding particularly difficult or need more clarity on.

I personally have dyslexia and ADHD, and have taught myself how to study and manage my own specific learning difficulties. I can empathise with students (with or without these extra challenges) for how difficult early education can be - especially when having to conform to standard methods of educating.
