As a recent college graduate with a degree in Industrial Mathematics from the University of Huddersfield, I have gained valuable experience both academically and professionally. Throughout my academic career, I have demonstrated a focused and dedicated approach to my studies, which has been recognized by both my professors and peers. Additionally, I have gained practical experience as a graduate teaching assistant, where I developed skills in student assessment, performance evaluation, and lesson planning.

My dissertation project focused on the mathematical modelling of coffee extraction under espresso brewing conditions. This project allowed me to apply and sharpen my skills in mathematical modelling, coding, and statistical analysis. By formulating and nondimensionalizing a set of differential equations, I was able to develop a comprehensive understanding of the model. Implementing and solving these equations numerically improved my coding skills, while fitting the model to data provided valuable experience in statistical analysis. Overall, my experience has equipped me with a strong foundation in mathematics, data analysis, and problem-solving, which I am eager to apply in tutoring others.
