TEaching English Literature and Translation

I am an accomplished scholar and visiting researcher at the University of Reading, engaged in cutting-edge literary research in English, Arabic, translation, politics, identities, terrorism, and diaspora. I have AFHEA certificate. I have published extensively, authoring 5 books and many articles showcasing expertise in Black literature, children's literature, Islamic studies, and more. I have translated 7 books and am an active member of prestigious academic associations, having served as head of referees for a national literary prize. I am passionate about using literature and language to promote diversity, inclusion, and refugee settlement for groups like MENA and Ukraine. As a seasoned professor, I have taught comparative literature and translation courses, completed a HE-accredited teaching program, and have wide-ranging research interests that make me a valuable asset to any institution, well-positioned to significantly advance the field of literature.
