I have taught both children and adults basic English language skills, particularly those whose first language is not English. My students have developed confidence in speaking, reading, and writing English through supportive and tailored learning experiences.
I adapt my lessons to meet each student’s individual needs through initial assessments and ongoing progress monitoring. I also provide regular feedback, guidance, and encouragement to help learners achieve their goals.
As a qualified teacher, I have experience working with children with special educational needs, supporting their development in phonics, communication, interaction, and emotional wellbeing. I have also worked with children and adults from different countries who may struggle to understand or communicate in English.
I am able to provide effective learning both in person and online. With my proven track record, I believe students who attend my lessons will grow in confidence, become more independent, and improve their ability to communicate through reading, writing, and speaking English. These skills can support learners in many aspects of life, including primary education, further education, employment, and everyday communication.
Strong English skills also help people socialise, build friendships, and take part in hobbies and community activities. I believe confidence in speaking, reading, and writing English can open many opportunities from a young age and throughout adult life. English is a worldwide language, and being confident in using it can help individuals support both themselves and others in many situations.
I am a good communicator who provides positive feedback, encouragement, and ongoing support throughout each lesson. My teaching is tailored to each learner’s pace while also challenging them to grow, improve, and become more confident in using the English language.
I have experience in councelling, mentoring and self awareness and believe to be adaptable and communicate effectively with people.
