Advert description
Hello! I’m Susanna Wen, holding a Master’s degree in TESOL from the University of Hull (UK), along with TEFL, TKT, and Primary School English Teaching certifications. With 7 years of cumulative English teaching experience, I worked as a full-time English teacher at EF Education First from 2017 to 2024, and I currently remain deeply engaged in the education sector as an Academic Support Administrator at a university—giving me a thorough understanding of the learning needs of students at different stages.
In my teaching practice, I excel at tailoring programs based on students’ ages and goals. For adult learners, whether it’s targeted guidance in small classes (6 students) or interactive teaching in larger classes (25 students), I design simulated dialogues rooted in real-life scenarios (such as workplace communication or exam preparation) to help them overcome “silent English.” I also provide detailed feedback on written assignments to strengthen their writing logic and expression accuracy. For teenagers or beginners, I spark interest through fun activities like English corners and theme parties, using daily-life examples to lower the learning barrier and turn English learning from “passive acceptance” into “active application.”
Additionally, I am proficient in using various online teaching tools and digital resources, enabling me to adapt flexibly to both online and offline teaching scenarios. Leveraging my strong cross-team collaboration skills and patience, I offer personalized learning support to students—whether it’s exam preparation, daily communication, or workplace application, I can help you find a suitable learning pace and steadily improve your comprehensive English skills. I look forward to exploring the joy of English learning with you and helping you achieve your language goals!
