My training is in group and classroom activities.

=My first approach is establishing the perimeters/conditions for learning to take place. E.g, discipline, Group arrangement/one to one and online time itinerary

=Next is what is known as the Skill analysis e.g, an interview where the candidate is asked about their experience and aims, school and career background-what area they want me to teach from, and assessments of their current skill and knowledge level.

Grammar EG. punctuation/pronunciation/Spelling etc
Lessons on reading and writing listening online and reading from articles and clippings.
