I am a Plant-based Vegan Chef, which means my main focus is cooking with fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs whole-grains, seeds, beans and legumes. I am passionate about introducing the world to the versatility of cooking with plant-based foods.

I like to keep things as simple as possible in the kitchen as I know it can be overwhelming. Simple doesn't always mean boring or bland just like complex doesn't always mean tasty!
My vegan cooking classes are extremely detailed and I go at your pace. I specialise in working with fresh, local produce, allergen free foods and exotic fruits & vegetables. I also work with herbs, superfoods and nootropic mushrooms as I am an advocate for natural and holistic health.


I will teach you how to cook a range of cuisines such as Caribbean, East & West African, South Indian, French, Italian and Asian inspired dishes, how to make vegan food more exciting and general culinary tips and tricks. I also help my students source their ingredients and offer plenty of alternatives for those with allergies, preferences or limited accessibility. 

As part of my role as a Chef, I have hosted many cooking classes, which involved cooking dishes such as curried chickpeas, lentil soup, chocolate brownies, warm\raw seasonal salads, chickpea omelette, cauliflower wings, macNcheez and more! I believe everyone has the ability to cook delicious, nurturing meals and I enjoy helping people develop their cooking skills and food knowledge. I believe what we eat plays a major part in our mental, physical, spiritual and emotional health, as our gut and brain are interconnected.
