My name is Dennis Spee. I am a certified Transformational Coach providing Life & Business coaching services. Throughout my coaching career I have been fortunate to be able to coach people from all over the world and from various walks of life.

As a coach I aim to create the most fruitful environment for my clients as that is paramount to the relationship we build and the trust we collectively establish in order to get the best results for the client.

My coaching style is client led. I want the client to be able to feel that he/she/they are in control of their situation and I, as the coach, will support them whenever I believe is appropriate. I also have specific tools and strategies that I can provide when I feel the client might benefit from the information.

Furthermore, I have developed a program that is focused on the foundation of ones self. This program allows the client to dive deep into their core being and identify their values, what they stand for and how to make that work in their advantage. The program also provides the client with tools and strategies that are developed for solely one reason: to create balance within themselves in order to be at a place of pure contentment.

I have found that once people are genuinely content with who they are, their results improve significantly and people are genuinely happier.

Together with your students, I want to be able to create an unshakeable relationship, increase their motivation for life, help them 'locate their centre' and ultimately, increase their succes during their study.

Dennis Spee in a nutshell

My sessions are client/student lead and will be between 60-90 minutes. This gives us time to gradually dive into the material and equally it will give us time to slowly step out of it. As a coach and mentor I find it important to create enough space for the client/student to feel whole and relaxed in order to get the most out of the individual and the session.

The sessions consist of a structured beginning, middle and end frame, however the client/student will be the compass for the session and will have the opportunity to lead it. I am here to guide the client/student and to give the individual constructive feedback, tools, strategies and insights when this is desired by the client/student. Should the client/student prefer a different dynamic, then I would love to hear more about it as it is paramount that the client/student feels in control and wholesome.

At the end of our session I always evaluate with the client/student to learn what went well and what it is you'd like to see different. Also at the end of the session we will schedule our next meeting.

The sessions will always remain confidential!

Furthermore I would like to invite the client/student to bring a pen and paper to the session as there might be things you would want to write down. This way you will increase your engagement with the material which eventually will lead to even more fruitful results.
