I am a committed and understanding person who is prepared to help GCSE students better understand core subjects taught at school.

I have always found myself wanting to help others and aid them by using my own knowledge of various subjects. I am especially familiar with the GCSE syllabus of many core subjects (including English Literature and Maths) and, having recently sat my own GCSEs and excelling, I feel that I have the expert understanding and skills required to help other children succeed. Throughout my time in high-school, I have prepared excellent revision resources and materials that massively aided me in my learning. Therefore, I feel that these resources can be utilised to help others learn and help them have the best chance of success by providing them with all the necessary materials needed to gain the highest marks. As well as these resources, I will also ensure that sessions are structured in a way that aids understanding, practice and consolidation. I am confident that my students will have the greatest chance of achieving high grades if they are thoroughly supported in grasping new concepts and embedding new knowledge into their long-term memory. Finally, I will always ensure that the student's needs are placed first. I will constantly make sure that the student's weaknesses are strengthened and any misconceptions about course content are easily cleared up. Through the utilisation of simple language and manners of explanation, I am sure that I will be able to truly help a child learn. My patience, compassion and understanding makes me the perfect person to undertake this role. My recent experience of also completing my GCSEs also makes me empathetic and aware of the struggles faced during the stressful exams period and the weeks leading up to that. Therefore, I truly believe that I can help struggling students, aid there understanding and give them the greatest possible chance to achieve their full potential.
