My lessons are designed to be interactive, structured, and fully tailored to each student’s individual needs and goals. I believe Psychology is best understood when it is made relevant, so I use real-life examples, current events, and everyday situations to bring theories and concepts to life. This helps students not only memorise information but truly understand and apply it.
Each session typically begins with a clear outline of objectives so students know exactly what they will achieve. I then introduce or review key concepts using simple explanations, visual aids where helpful, and step-by-step breakdowns of complex ideas. We then move into active learning, which may include discussion, questioning, and guided practice to develop deeper understanding.
I am also very flexible and happy to adapt lessons based on what the student needs. This is a two-way process, meaning your input is really important. You can tell me what topics you want to focus on, what you find difficult, or what goals you are working towards, and I will shape the lessons around that. If something isn’t clear, we will revisit it in different ways until it makes sense. My aim is to make sure you feel supported at every stage, so I will adjust my explanations, pace, and resources to suit your learning style and help you make steady, confident progress.
