Ama Kwarteng-Amaniampong

I am a qualified UK science teacher and scientist with a passion for making science engaging and accessible to all students. My teaching approach centres on linking scientific concepts to real-life applications, helping students not only understand the material more deeply but also develop a genuine interest in the subject—leading to improved confidence, performance, and grades.

All lessons are delivered online via Zoom. In addition, every booked session includes an extra 30–60 minutes of free support to ensure students fully grasp the concepts covered.

I specialise in tutoring KS3 and GCSE science, providing each student with a structured and personalised learning plan to guide their progress. Alongside subject knowledge, I teach effective revision techniques and offer guidance on exam preparation, as well as advice on future academic and career pathways in science.

My students consistently make excellent progress, with many going on to study A-level sciences and pursue degrees in medicine and other STEM fields.
