In my online lessons conducted through Zoom, I employ an interactive approach, utilizing a virtual whiteboard for collaborative problem-solving. The platform's seamless integration of a shared whiteboard feature enables us to work on math questions together in real-time. This interactive tool becomes a dynamic space for illustrating concepts, step-by-step problem-solving, and fostering an engaging learning environment.

At the outset of each session, I allocate time to discuss the student's progress, concerns, and any specific topics they find challenging. This personalized touch ensures that the lessons are tailored to the student's individual needs. I also dedicate the initial part of our sessions to understanding the student's learning style, strengths, and weaknesses, creating a foundation for effective teaching.

As we delve into the lesson, the virtual whiteboard becomes a canvas for collaborative exploration. We tackle mathematical problems, unraveling complexities and reinforcing understanding through shared visual representations. To enhance exam preparation, I utilize Zoom's screen-sharing feature to present relevant exam-style questions. This not only familiarizes the student with exam formats but also provides practical experience in tackling challenging problems. Together, we dissect these questions on the virtual whiteboard, emphasizing critical thinking and problem-solving strategies essential for success in examinations.
