I am an experienced and a certified teacher of Yoga (RYT 200) & Pre and Post Natal, committed to teaching Traditional Hatha, Vinyasa, Power and Partner Yoga. I enjoy opportunities whereby I can lead people towards a deeper level of physical fitness regardless of how athletic or sedentary a student’s lifestyle. Using my knowledge and understanding of yoga I provide safe, accessible and relaxing teaching to students along with positive encouragement and a sense of fun.
