I like to engage actively with my students to make them feel comfortable around me and listen to their ideas in order to enhance their perspective and broaden their vision about the particular subjects. I make use of PowerPoint slides, MS word and healthy activities to catch their attention and interest. I tend to focus more on professional behaviour,body language, etiquette and communication skills of students to prepare them for the world out there. I try to read the behaviour of students to give them understanding of the topic at a level which they can perceive. I provide with easy and basic examples from the surrounding to make the concepts clear. I let the students make use of digital technologies in order to teach them how they can work in more efficient and effective manner in future and how they can use this technology in their leisure time. Along with this, I highly encourage them to read good books which can shape their mind in more systematic way.
Teaching has always made me feel joyful and satisfied with my career. There has not been a single day passed when I have not loved my job. As I have taught transnational education program at Roots IVY college of management sciences for 5 years, I find myself in a competitive place in my profession. Teachers can proudly stand up in the society and be regarded and respected all around the world as it is a very noble profession. I have always stood by rules and regulations to meet the Teaching standards. I will continue to play my part as a responsible teacher in society.
