I'm passionate about all things well-being! I support individuals and organizations to build resilience through movement, mindfulness and breath.

I've been a certified personal trainer for over 8 years, supporting clients to move beyond limitations and find joy in exercise through my unique movement and mindfulness approach. I am also a certified FRC instructor and heart resonance therapist which qualifies me to bring elements of breath, posture, joint health and mindfulness practices into my work. I worked with teams of physios and chiros for years and supported clients to regain their resilience after injuries, life setbacks, etc. I work with clients and organizations across the globe in the US, Canada and the UK.
