Ensuring that teaching and learning strategies are tailored to meet the needs of the learner is a core principle I hold dear. I am committed to ensuring every student feels valued and supported in their academic journey. I believe in consistently evaluating the effectiveness of teaching methods and resources to maintain high-quality education. I have experience analysing student performance data and using it to inform targeted interventions and support, ultimately contributing to the students' rapid and sustained progress.

Furthermore, I am dedicated to instilling transferable literacy skills in my students and promoting cross-curricular applications to reinforce their learning experience. It is my belief that fostering a strong foundation in literacy enhances overall academic performance and empowers students in various aspects of their lives. I believe in increasing students' cultural capital through diverse experiences that help nurture their interests and talents.

Online learning develops digital literacy and problem-solving skills that are increasingly required in contemporary society and workplace environments. My approach to teaching Physical Sciences and Mathematics hinges on the recognition that learners learn most successfully when they see connections between the new subject content and the knowledge they already possess as well as they see the applicability of the knowledge in real life. This has also been made much easier with the invention and development of technology through which connections can most interestingly be discovered. There is need to for learners to view Physical Sciences and Mathematics, not as a set of isolated facts to be memorized but as a collection of concepts and tools that connect with and has relevance to their own lives.

In my teaching, I build into the lessons, activities that specifically encourage students to explore the broader implications of what they learn and to help them incorporate new information into a larger cognitive framework. I provoke my learners to think critically. Physical Sciences and Mathematics have an important role in our understanding of the world around us.
