I would describe myself as freindly, hard working and keen to see people achieve.

I will start by understanding the clients range of the English language. Is English their first language? How would the client like to improve their English?... Is it speaking? writing? or maybe the client needs a specific tutorial, homing in on a particular area. How will the client use their language? The rest is a matter of process and logic.
