Hi, I'm Adam!

I'm a student at UofG, a passionate sportsperson, and an officially trained gym instructor! I'm flexible and passionate, and working with me will be hard work! I know my basics and fundamentals, and I'm not going to make you absolutely perfect the most ideal form for any excersise. All I care about is pushing beyond your limits together, and then staying healthy and whole outside of the gym, to make sure your body is in the right space to repair itself and grow stronger.
