After a consultation and health screening, I create training and nutrition programmes based around my clients' goals using the most recent scientific literature. With weekly check ins, I can modify training variables and nutrition accordingly to help reach your goals. I have worked with field sport athletes to recreational gym goes, males and females. my passion lies with all thing's performance and rehab.
