I am passionate and enthusiastic about teaching people to understand and appreciate their bodies. My classes are aimed at those 18+ and I specialise working with nervous system regulation. Movement, breathwork and sound therapy.

Advert description
I teach in either groups or on a one-to-one basis. I start with exploring the breath, understanding how the breathing might be dysfunctional and what we might be able to do to improve it. Movement then begins to release tension from the body and to feel more comfortable within.
