I m a Yoga Teacher certified, I teach a dynamic Yoga flow The yoga session that i offered includes:

Breathing techniques &warming poses for tune and focus , the essence of yoga lies on the breath. Good breathing is reassuring, soothing and healing.

Balance postures, for feel compose and aligned . Being out of balance is a huge source of stress and tends to create problems. Finding your balance in a yoga pose lets you practice rebalancing the rest of your life. Balancing postures develop self sufficiency and give you confidence. 

Twist and abdominal toner ,cause Your center of gravity lies in the abdomen, twist bring fresh oxygen-rich blood to the organs and the bowel 0nourishing them. 

Seated an floor posture help loosen the body by releasing the tension it holds bend one the abdominal organs and calm the nervous system. Folding yourself in forward bend takes the mind to a more receptive and intuitive state…then you can listen to your heart, with a quiet mind.     

Back bend , for warm the system, increase energy and invigorate. Bring flexibility to our center axis of support and strengthen weak back muscles. Open the chest and the heart, they are uplifting. Open the chest promotes better breathing and the heart center expands to bring a joyful vitality into your life.
