PGCE and QTS holder Spanish tutor

I am a native Spanish speaker with formal and informal experience in teaching.

I gained the informal experience back home in Spain during university years tutoring younger school and high school students in Spanish, literature and grammar, and school students in English.

On the other hand, all my formal experience and qualifications have been obtained here in the UK.
Before joining the London Metropolitan University I undertook the IELTS and the English GCES English exam.
Then I got my PGCE in education and the QTS (qualified teacher status).

I teach Spanish to students in KS3 and KS4.

My lessons are usually target language focused. I want students to be able to get the gist of the language as soon as possible and get used to the rhythm and intonation. That is very important as when it comes to pronunciation, Spanish is way easier than English.
