Yoga teacher- all level practice

I have 9 years of experience teaching yoga classes in different yoga studios in Peru, and in the last year in England, and private classes, supporting each of my students in their yoga journey and adapting the practice according to their needs. My expertise is Yin Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Yoga Therapy for back pain. I integrate this knowledge and experience to tailor the class to the student's needs. When I see it pertinent or if the student requires it, I add some breathing techniques or a guide a special meditation. I also practice mindfulness in my classes.
