I teach various classes, both slower paced (hatha yoga) and faster moving (vinyasa flow) to different age groups (teenagers, adults and elderly clients) with various levels: beginners, intermediate and advanced. I love seeing how my class participants progress and therefore I try to plan classes in a way that allows starting from more simple things, progressing with time to more challenging poses (asanas).
As a Les Mills instructor, I have a high quality cueing and I am able to provide more simple cues (mountain, extended mountain, plank) as well as names of poses in Sanskrit ('Chaturanga Dandasana' - plank pose), depending on particular class expectations', - I am able to adjust and to enhance their Yoga practice.
