My lessons will be delivered through zoom and will typically last an hour long, I am happy to make the sessions longer if the student wants this.

For the first lesson, I will make sure that the student and I get to know each other so we are comfortable. We will then discuss the topics that the student would like to focus on and spend each lesson on 1 topic, if the student finds this topic too challenging then we can spend 2 sessions on the topic.

Before the lessons, I will ensure I plan diligently so we can make the most out of the time during the lessons. During the lesson, I will prepare a powerpoint presentation in which I will break the content down into concise chunks and there will be an activity or a quiz for the student to complete, which I will mark depending on how far the student gets (either during the session or during the beginning of the next session). There will be no pressure to rush any tasks during the sessions!

I am happy to alter my method of teaching to suit the needs of the individual and also happy to offer extra lessons if needed.
