Hello! I am Kaisla, 22-year-old enthusiastic third-year environmental engineering student from Finland. I am constantly looking for new challenges both in my work tasks and in other areas of life. I have a lot of ideas and I want to spread positive energy wherever I go. I am a very open and social person and I have a genuine desire to help people.

I've taught fitness and dance classes occasionally over the years, but half a year ago I got a contract from my university to teach my own classes every week. I have instructed various fitness classes including HIIT Workouts, BodyPump, Yoga and Stretching. I planned and led several fitness courses end-to-end, organized group fitness activities catered to various demographics including both young and older people, men and women. I instruct the classes fluently in English.

By doing this job, I have learned a lot about planning and organizing lessons and modifying them individually to be suitable for everyone. It is important to me that everyone can come to my classes as they are and I want to spread inspiration and motivate people in their fitness journeys. I shine when I instruct the classes and I have received feedback that it is also transmitted to my clients.

My style to instruct is very empowering and I push my clients and myself to the limits. I am very welcoming and I take into account the clients' backgrounds. I can modify programs and classes so that everyone can challenge themselves at their own level.
